📄 The Role

Earlywork is building Australia’s first sales education program, helping Aussies land roles in sales & helping employers hire & train junior sales reps.

With a record number of employers now hiring from Earlywork across a range of industries, we’re now hiring for Employee #8.

Our Partner Hiring team is responsible for onboarding, hiring and driving success for all our employer partners.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be a meaningful contributor to a team that drives employment outcomes for our diverse, ambitious fellows.

You’ll get the opportunity to interface directly with our company partners, create student and partner-facing resources, manage hiring pipelines, build playbooks and more.

The team will partner with hiring managers to build relationships and ensure that graduates can access top companies as they explore career options.

These are some of the core tasks you will be responsible for in the role:

• Lead onboarding calls to guide customers through the platform setup process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Actively engage with hiring managers and partners to optimise the hiring process and maximise the number of successful hires through Earlywork.
• Proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends in the hiring landscape and incorporate relevant market insights into interactions to ensure partners are well-equipped to navigate challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage insights for continuous improvement of the partner experience.
